A great example of this working for our customers is Fiona and Stuart of Sandpit Lane, who wanted rid of their old boiler as a start to re-furbish their kitchen. The old leaking cylinder was taking up valuable space in the first floor landing so we advised a Viessmann Systems boiler with un-vented hot water and sited these in their loft area. Boiler flues are never a problem in lofts as we can use a lead collar to terminate above the tiles.
