Joe came round and assessed the damage in no time at all. He explained what was wrong with the boiler and that, because of its age; it would have to be replaced. After the installation Joe explained how the new boiler worked and also the new thermostat. The whole job was very painless and there was no extra costs added to the original quote. Since then Joe and his team have done a number of jobs for me including my new bathroom. It is great to find a friendly, honest and reliable plumber and I would recommend him to anyone.
